Please note that Rubylite Technologies Store is a brand under Rubylite Designs Hub. Any reference to “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to both Rubylite Designs Hub and Rubylite Technologies Store.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments for courses or services must be completed before access is granted.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in line with our Refund Policy.
• Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension of your access.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality training and services. However, Rubylite Designs Hub (and Rubylite Technologies Store) are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Business losses, data losses, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms we integrate with.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse our platforms. You may also stop using our services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Nigeria.
